There is no higher priority to us than the happiness and safety of our customers, employees, and all pets who enter Smokey Mountain Feed and Pet Supply. With this in mind, we want to ensure you that we are staying on top of the evolving situation, and we will continue to follow the CDC’s recommendations on this topic. On top of our daily cleaning procedures, we’re adding cleanings between customers to make our routines more rigorous as we navigate through this time.
As a small business in our community, we are committed to serving in a capacity that is safe while continuing to meet the needs of all our customers. We want to provide viable options that ensure our customers and their pets are taken care of.
In an effort to do so, our store will remain open, operating on normal hours. However, to ensure best safety practices, we want to provide suggestions that will limit human contact:
  • If you choose to enter the store, in an effort to promote social distancing and minimize touch points, we ask that you allow us to gather your items for you.
  • Call-ahead orders will be taken and distributed via curbside pickup.
  • We are also willing to provide local delivery within a reasonable distance from the store.

We have been serving our local community for over 30 years. Smokey Mountain Feed and Pet Supply is a local independently owned and operated pet food shop. We actively serve the needs of pet owners and pet advocacy organizations throughout Maryville, Alcoa, Knoxville and greater Blount County.

Our shop has over 2,000 items on hand! However if we don’t carry a specific item for your pet, we are happy to special order the item for you. We also carry top quality feed for farm animals, small animals, domestic and wild birds.
